5 Fat Loss Smoothies – Plus Sneaky Smoothie Tips

Smoothies are one of the greatest nutritional inventions of all time!

They are the Porsches of nutrition. They’re fast, small, and will make you look really good if you use them. (was that analogy a stretch? Sorry.)

Eating more vegetables is one of the best ways to shed body fat, and to feel great! With smoothies, you can get a HUGE amount of nutrients in just a few minutes. Something like a bunch of collard greens would normally take 15-20 minutes to chew. Ain’t nobody got time for dat’ (again, I apologize for my corniness.)

With blending, you save a huge amount of time, and get a mega dose of vitamins and minerals!

My smoothies are constantly changing, depending on what my body needs on any particular day. I encourage you to change up your smoothies as well.


Not only will this prevent boredom in your diet, it will also provide your body with a vast array of nutrients. Something as simple as changing the liquid you blend your smoothie with, or rotating your kale with chard, for example!

Another thing you’ll like about smoothies is fat loss. Many times, hunger is a cue your body is craving nutrients, not necessarily calories. When you’re taking nutrient packed smoothies, your appetite will be stable!

Also, your body is responsible for some amazing things (heart beat, breath, walking, thinking, handling blood cells etc). All of the MILLIONS of tasks your body is doing literally every second requires nutrients. If you have adequate nutrients, vitamins & minerals, your body will be a more efficient metabolic machine!

Here’s the video from my smoothie session last night. I was so excited to make this video for you because I know if you add in smoothies, you’ll feel so great!
The sky is the limit with smoothies, and you really can’t go wrong.

Smoothie 1 -Pina Colada (sweet, tropical, simple flavor)

  • Coconut milk
  • Pineapple
  • Garden of Life Raw Rice Protein (Whole Foods near the supplements)
  • Organic coconut flakes
  • Orange slices

Smoothie 2  Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia (creamy peanut buttery deliciousness) Hemp Milk

  • Hemp protein powder (any is fine, but today I used ONNIT brand)
  • Organic Chocolate Extract  & Maple Extract (Whole Foods)
  • Stevia
  • Pb2 Powdered Peanut Butter
  • Chia Seeds

Smoothie 3 Green Grass Monster (very strong and grassy, but will make you feel STUPENDOUS)

Coconut water
Frozen Berries
Collard Greens
Wheat grass
Macca Powder

Smoothie 4 Lemon Lime Blueberry (bright and refreshing.)

Juice of 2 Lemons and 1 Lime

Smoothie 5 Healthy Fats (Creamy, mild, comforting flavor)

Flax oil
Tiny sliver of fresh ginger, about the size of the tip of a finger.
Reserveage Grass-fed Chocolate Whey
1/4 Avocado
Couple Dandelion leaves
Couple orange slices
a tiny bit of stevia
