Hawaiian Salad

This salad is tropical, delicious, creamy, and sweet all at the same time…oh, and it’s LEAN!

Hawaiian Salad


  • Baby Lettuce
  • A few chunks of pineapple
  • 1/4 of a blood orange (or regular orange)
  • 1/4 Grapefruit
  • Sprinkle of pomegranate
  • Couple Cubes of Papaya
  • Sprinkle of Unsweetened Coconut Shavings


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl, dress with pineapple coconut tahini dressing


Pineapple Coconut Tahini Dressing


  • 1 Tbsp Tahini
  • 1/3 Cup Coconut Vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
  • Splash of Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 Tbsp Coconut Nectar or Agave (Coconut is low Glycemic Index and better for fat loss)
  • Dash of Pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients and whisk with a fork. Drizzle desired amount onto your Hawaiian salad!
